Luckily, the neighborhood is full of parking lots and garages that offer monthly rates, and there are even some deals to be found!
24/7 Off-Street Parking
24/7 off-street parking parking is exactly what it sounds like, 24/7 access to a parking space in a lot or garage. This can run you anywhere from $350 and up, and can get you anything from valet parking at the Battery Wharf Hotel to outdoor lot parking along Commercial St.
Unless you really want to spring for the valet, most of the parking options hover around $400, so choosing the lot closest to your front door or your preference of indoor/outdoor may end up being the real deciding factor.
Reverse Commute Parking
Reverse commute parking is the real hidden gem of the North End parking world. If you are one of the many residents who keeps their car solely to commute to work everyday, this may be the option for you.
This type of parking allows you access to parking outside of general working hours (eg. 330pm-930am next day) for a drastically reduced rate. With these deals you will also get to park all day weekends and federal holidays.
The Government Center Garage offers this type of parking for $140/mo, and the Dock Sq Garage offers a reverse commute rate of $125. More details for both on their respective websites.
One-Off Parking Spaces
Yes, the legends are true. That one-off parking space off Hanover St does exist. And so do a few others.
That being said, it will cost you the same if not more than parking in a lot or garage, so it’s probably not worth going too out of your way trying find one of these.
